i just started listening to music about 2-3 years ago, because, until then, i never got exposed to much of anything i liked. all the newer stuff anybody ever listened to around me was either hip hop or country (bleh!), so i'm always looking for new groups or artists to listen to. right now i'm looking for some techno or industrial artists, or some underground metal or rock i can find mainstream metal and rock that i like myself, but trying to find underground when you live in a such a small city in oregon is fuxxoring hard. same with techno that isn't just club music, or industrial. i'm begging for some suggestions. i'd be very thankful, although i can't say i'll like what you've got. i'm really picky about vocals, especially in metal. i don't like guttural screaming, but angry yelling is fine. (think early avenged sevenfold vs, slipknot's corey taylor, respectively. i meant it about the mainstream. that's nearly all that i can find myself.)

Ever tried RockBitch ?
I'm not sure if it's underground ... but they're not mainstream either ...
And before I say they're this or that ... listen to it and judge for youself
But jugding from what you wrote, I'm sure yoou going to like it.

I'd also like to refer to the Scary Bitches ...
Although they're neither electro (techno for some), nor metal ... They're definetly Batcave / Horrorpunk.
But that's just one of my favorite genres ...

You may say: Please sit back down, you earned a F.
But I think they're both worth listening to.

EDIT: have you ever heard of Laibach ?
